Shuttle Services for the 2024 Luke Bryan Farm Tour Concert in Millersport, OH

ROUND-TRIP SHUTTLE TICKET (Friday September 27th Only)

- Cash price is $60 (driver gratuity not included)

- Credit/Debit Card/Venmo/Paypal/Cashapp/Google/Apple price is ~$66.28 (driver gratuity not included)

- Two different shuttles running with designated pick-up locations and times (see below)

OVERVIEW

Planning on or considering going to the Luke Bryan Farm Tour in Millersport but don't want to drive?

For just $60 per person (plus sales tax and processing), we are offering round-trip shuttle services using our two largest sized buses:

1) 32 pax all-purple Champion of Fun (Unit #3201)

2) 40 pax multi-colored Coliseum bus (Unit #4001)

Several pick-up locations and times available (see below)

- specific pick-up addresses for these locations are still TBD

- you will need to drive yourself or have someone drive you and drop you off the designated pick-up locations

We will need a minimum # of purchased tickets to offer this shuttle service by Thursday 9/26, otherwise, we will refund your purchase and not be able to offer the shuttle service.  

Once riders at all locations have been picked-up, all riders will be transported to the concert, and buses will remain parked at concert until the scheduled departure at the end of the concert. Then all riders will be returned back to the original pick-up locations.

All riders must be boarded at indicated times to guarantee your rides to and from the concert and back to your vehicles.  

Door to door shuttle service is NOT available for this event from us.  For that, you would need to try and get Uber/Lyft services.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO BOARD THE OHIO PARTY BUS SHUTTLE?

Just bring: 1) yourself, 2) your Ohio Party Bus Luke Bryan Farm Tour DIGITAL shuttle ticket with the QR CODE, and 3) everything else you need for the concert.  AND Don’t forget your actual concert ticket!

CAN I BRING AND CONSUME ALCOHOL ON OHIO PARTY BUS SHUTTLES?

Passengers 21 and over can bring and consume alcohol on the buses, however, no open containers are permitted off the buses once they arrive at the concert.  All opens must be consumed or dumped and then tossed into the bus trash bins.

CAN I BRING COOLERS OR OTHER ITEMS ON OHIO PARTY BUS SHUTTLES?

Refer to the rules of the concert to determine if you're allowed to take coolers with you into the concert.  You can bring coolers with you on the bus and may be able to leave the coolers on the bus, while you're inside at the concert.  However, we are not responsible for monitoring your coolers or for any other lost, stolen, or forgotten items that are left on or inside the buses.

CAN I BRING LAWN CHAIRS OR OTHER ITEMS ON OHIO PARTY BUS SHUTTLES?

If those items are permitted by the concert rules, then yes you can bring them on the bus and we can transport them for you, then you can take them with you into the concert. If they cannot be brought into the concert, then you would have to leave them on the buses, however, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or forgotten items left on or inside the buses.

WHAT IS THE LATEST I CAN BUY A OHIO PARTY BUS SHUTTLE TICKET?

You can purchase online anytime from our website or purchase directly from the shuttle bus operators at initial pick-up.

CAN I CHANGE MY OHIO PARTY BUS SHUTTLE TICKET?

No, we're sorry, but all sales are final, non-transferable, etc.

IS THERE ENOUGH ROOM FOR ALL MY STUFF?

Yes, all of the Ohio Party Bus shuttle buses have plenty of room for whatever you're bringing. However, if possible, please try and limit to a minimum amount of items and only non-styrofoam coolers permitted (foam coolers NOT permitted).

ARE OHIO PARTY BUS SHUTTLES ADA ACCESSIBLE?

Bus #4001 does provide a wheelchair accessible ramp.  Please email support@ohiopartybus.com to let us know if you need this service.

ARE OHIO PARTY BUS SHUTTLE TICKETS TRANSFERABLE?

No, we're sorry, but at this time, shuttle tickets are not transferrable from one person to another. 

BOARDING NOTE: Please note, riders must bring their Ohio Party Bus shuttle ticket (QR Code) to board Ohio Party Bus shuttles and each rider will be expected to present their QR code to the bus operators upon initial boarding for verification. 

Once checked in and either wearing a wristband or hand marked with marker, you can just board the shuttles.  You can purchase a new shuttle ticket from operators at pick-up if needed.

Acceptable forms of payment include: Cash, Credit/Debit card, Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, Google and Apple Pay

- If purchasing online, you must use some form of electronic payment method

- You can purchase shuttle tickets from your drivers at boarding or you can pre-purchase from this website
